STOOSS AG, manufacturing facility is located in Switzerland. Product range includes forged and seamless hot rolled rings, open die forgings and hammer forgings, along with having the capabilities to produce profiled rolled rings. Material grades range from carbon and low & high alloy steels to nickel alloys such as Inconel , Incoloy, Monel, etc., with over 100 grades of steel in stock, making STOOSS competitive and perfectly equipped for competing here in the USA.
The STOOSS USA staff has nearly 35 years experience in the forging industry. We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified facility, Located north of Houston, Texas. For more than 100 years SCHMIEDEWERK STOOSS AG, has produced forgings for the Oil & Gas industry, Valve industry, Power Generation industry, Pelletizing industry, Paper industry, Gear industry, Hydraulic Cylinder industry, Mining industry, and the Down Hole Tool industry.. We deliver STOOSS forgings within the USA to over 40 companies by offering stocking programs on particular repetitive items the customer may be using on an annual basis.
We also arrange to ship products directly from our factory to your facility to offer JIT service. Normal delivery is usually 8-10 weeks from receipt to order, this is dependent upon the complexity of the forging material grade, i.e heat treatment and testing.
We also offer a division that specializes in domestic forging procurement to include rough turning and testing if required. We offer service for quick turn around and delivery.
